We recently highlighted a collab between Public Enemy and SAWA shoes. This week another legendary hip hop group teams up with A-Trak and surprise, surprise, Adidas! DMC explains how Jam Master Jay's son, a big fan of the Montreal-born DJ, was schooling him on the Canadian half of Duck Sauce since he didn't know who he was. On the flip side, A-Trak explains how he looked up to Run DMC for putting out a track about shoes (see below) in a way that was genuine. He also clarifies that his black hat has always been his signature black hat, no gimmicks here. The project/collab titled Unite All Originals is a throwback rap track that's interactive. You can remix your own video by using your keyboard or mic. It's still a bit buggy, but nonetheless fun. Check it out below.
