WHERE DO YOUR ACCESSORIES COME FROM?
Unlike most companies who focus solely on Chinese goods, the majority of our products are shipped from Korea & Japan. In our experience, Korean and Japanese sourced accessories are far superior in quality and style. All our items are hand-picked from a selection that is normally not sold in North America. We've gone to great lengths to provide you with products that are durable and unique

10 - 15 business days depending on item availability, holidays, weather, etc. 

WHY DOES IT TAKE 10 - 15 BUSINESS DAYS?
Most online stores ship directly from the factory and never see your product, we think that's sloppy. Our suppliers are good, but you deserve greatness. Your order gets processed in 1 - 3 days and then it's sent to us for the greatness check. We personally verify every order by inspecting quality, item count, including free promo stuff, etc. We keep you updated every step of the way, making sure you get exactly what you paid for

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED. HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Contact us and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund depending on what you prefer. All our accessories come with a 30 day warranty from the day you receive the item

I CHANGED MY MIND. HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
We'll email you a shipping label so you can send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we'll issue a refund minus the shipping cost. For hygienic reasons, earrings that have been opened cannot be returned for a refund unless defective or damaged.
