Orders are sent via FedEx Ground
Every order is assigned a tracking number
On the rare times we do encounter delays, we'll keep you up to speed on the status of your order.
We also give you a tracking number so you know where your package is at all times.
Returns
In the odd chance that your item is damaged or defective in any way, contact us and we'll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
If you changed your mind, or for whatever other reason want to return a purchase, let us know and we'll send you a shipping label so you can ship it back to us. Once we receive the item, we'll issue a refund minus the cost of shipping. For hygienic reasons, earrings that have been opened cannot be returned for a refund unless defective or damaged.
