Hong Kong born designer Eddie Harrop has created a new range of weekend bags for the man on the go. Each bag is handcrafted using the finest leather by highly skilled artisans in Vietnam to ensure lifelong quality and a travel companion that will only get better with age.

Asia has played a big part in the creation on the line; it was whilst travelling around the continent that Harrop realised she wanted to design travel bags that could fit in everything you needed for a long weekend away:

I wanted to mix that classic English heritage shape and quality with some of the more exotic popping colours found in Asia

the Vietnamese people have been through a hell of a lot; they’re tough, and to live out here you have to adopt some of their resilience which I have tried to reflect in my bags

As a result, the bags are resilient and hard-wearing, much like the Vietnamese ethos.

There are two styles to choose from: The Roundel and The Weekender. The bags retail at £375 for The Roundel and £385 for The Weekender. They are available to buy from eddieharrop.com.
